    The Building Maintenance Program (BMP) is a proven tool for assessing the building's compliance with Life Safety standards. It provides a routine inspection of key elements which will discover deficiencies that either can be resolved immediately, or placed on the Part 4 (PFI) section of the Statement of Conditions. The Building Maintenance/Life Safety Program Scorecard serves as a worksheet that captures and organizes the key elements of the BMP in scorecard fashion allowing users to assess compliance with inventory inspection and current state of the life safety/building maintenance program on a rolling quarterly basis.
