Ms. Legere is a consultant at The Greeley Company. She brings over 15 years of nursing, consulting, and education experience to her work in hospital accreditation and regulatory compliance for healthcare facilities across the country.

When working with clients, Ms. Legere applies her broad functional experience in accreditation and regulatory compliance assessment and improvement; implementing continuous readiness programs; facilitating and managing complex organizational change; assessment, work-flow redesign, conformance measurement, and sustained execution of improvements; turnaround of underperforming hospital clinical operations processes and systems; and installation of proven patient safety measures and evidenced-based best practices.

Prior to joining The Greeley Company, Ms. Legere consulted in risk management for several Boston hospitals. She is also an experienced staff nurse, operating room nurse, and plastic surgery nurse specialist.

She has lectured on Aids and the Law and is the author of Delegation: Who is at Risk? and Closed Claim Abstract: PA Supervision in Urgent Care, both published by Forum, Risk Management Foundation of the Harvard Medical Institutions.

Ms. Legere holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the New England School of Law in Boston, Master Of Science in Health Care Administration from Simmons College Graduate School for Health Studies, Boston; and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Joseph's College, North Windham, Maine.
